Terms of Use for RepoArc Agent

Version: 2026-03-17

1. Provider

The provider of this RepoArc Agent instance is:

repoarc.com - Hannes Kühl
c/o Online-Impressum #7820
Europaring 90
53757 St Augustin
Germany

Email: contact@repoarc.com

2. Subject matter of the offer

RepoArc Agent is a browser-based workspace for ABAP-related development, analysis, and documentation tasks.

Use of the integrated assistant may be quota-limited for technical, economic, or operational reasons and may be restricted by daily or weekly usage caps.

Functions, user flows, technical properties, integrations, and texts may be changed, expanded, restricted, or discontinued at any time.

In particular, there is no entitlement to:

  • an unchanged range of functions,
  • permanent or uninterrupted availability,
  • freedom from defects,
  • the availability of external partner services,
  • the correctness, completeness, or suitability of generated content for a particular purpose.

3. Target group

The offer is intended exclusively for professional or business-related users. Use for private consumer purposes is not intended.

4. Access and workspace model

The service is currently used without a traditional user account. In the current product state, workspaces are recognized on a browser-bound basis and may optionally be recoverable via a verified email address.

If the browser-local storage is deleted or no longer available, the link to a previously used workspace may be lost. No guarantee is assumed for recoverability at any time without browser-local data or without a verified recovery function.

5. Permitted use

Use is permitted solely for legitimate development, analysis, and documentation purposes within the intended product context.

The following are prohibited in particular:

  • attacks on the availability, integrity, or security of the product,
  • circumvention of technical protection measures,
  • unauthorized load testing, abusive automation, or scraping,
  • the processing or input of unlawful content,
  • the input of content whose transmission to integrated external services is not permissible,
  • any use that infringes third-party rights.

6. Use of the assistant

When using the assistant, content may be transmitted to external service providers, in particular OpenAI. Therefore, only such content may be entered whose processing and transmission to the integrated services is legally and organizationally permissible.

In particular, the following may not be entered without corresponding approval:

  • trade secrets,
  • confidential project or production data,
  • personal data without a permissible legal basis,
  • other information requiring confidentiality.

7. Usage caps and quota control

Technical usage caps apply to the use of the integrated assistant. The provider is entitled to define, adjust, and technically enforce daily and weekly caps for chat messages, requests, or comparable usage events.

The caps serve in particular to control costs, ensure stable operation, fairly distribute available resources, and prevent abuse.

Once the applicable cap has been reached, the assistant function for the affected workspace or usage may be restricted, rejected, or temporarily disabled until the end of the relevant daily or weekly period.

There is no entitlement to unlimited, uninterrupted, or equally available use of the assistant function at all times. The provider may adjust quotas, prioritization, technical limits, and the allocation of individual model or processing resources according to objective criteria.

Where different quotas apply to specific workspaces, test phases, or future product variants, the limits shown in the product or in supplementary notices shall apply.

8. Independent review

All content, analyses, recommendations, code changes, and other results generated or supported by RepoArc Agent must be independently reviewed before any professional, technical, security-relevant, or productive use.

This applies in particular to:

  • source code and configuration changes,
  • architecture and API assumptions,
  • security assessments,
  • data protection and compliance considerations,
  • legal assessments,
  • productive or transport-relevant changes.

9. Operation, changes, and interventions

The provider is entitled to change, temporarily restrict, or discontinue the product for objective reasons insofar as this is necessary for operation, security, maintenance, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, or further development.

This may in particular concern:

  • maintenance windows,
  • restarts,
  • changes to functions, models, or integrations,
  • resetting or deleting workspaces,
  • cleanup of technical metadata,
  • temporary blocks in the event of suspected abuse or security risks.

10. Rights to the platform and content

All rights to the platform, its software, its structure, its design, and the content provided by the provider remain with the provider or the respective rights holders.

Rights to content introduced by users generally remain with the respective entitled party. Insofar as necessary for technical provision, the user grants the provider the necessary rights of use to process content within the instance, store it temporarily, transmit it to integrated service providers, and perform the requested functions.

11. Liability

RepoArc Agent is a supporting work tool. Decisions regarding the professional, technical, organizational, or productive use of the results are made exclusively by the users.

The provider’s liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or in other cases of mandatory statutory liability.

12. Supplementary rules

If supplementary operator notices, project-related usage rules, privacy rules, or individually agreed arrangements apply to this instance, those more specific provisions shall take precedence in the event of conflict.

13. Changes to these terms of use

These terms of use may be adjusted if this is necessary due to technical, organizational, legal, or product-related changes. The version published on this website shall apply.
